Our Products
The sweet-tasting components naturally found and scientifically called steviol glycosides in the stevia plant are extracted from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni). Purified extracts of the sweet substances in the leaf of the stevia plant are considered to be generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Our broad range of steviol glycosides based on Rebaudioside content consists of Reb A, Reb D, and Reb M. With the steviol glycosides in our portfolio including varying proportions of Reb A (40, 60, 80, and 97%), Reb D (95%), and Reb M (80%), we are always ready to help you develop products with energy-reduced or zero-calorie as solutions to the needs of your industry.
Rebaudioside A (Reb A or RA) is the most commonly used steviol glycoside in the food and beverage industry. Reb A has a more pronounced taste than the other steviol glycosides and is one of the sweetest ones.
Reb D and Reb M are two of the minor steviol glycosides present in extremely low concentrations in the leaf. These are sweeter than other steviol glycosides, with a taste profile closer to sucrose. Reb D and M delivers a taste more like sugar than Reb A.
